Helicobacter Pylori Polyclonal
Description Helicobacter pylori is known to cause peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis in human. It is associated with duodenal ulcers and may be involved in development of adenocarcinoma and low grade lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue in the stomach. The spiral shaped bacterium Helicobacter pylori is strongly associated with inflammation of the stomach and is also implicated in the development of gastric malignancy. This antibody stains the individual H. pylori bacterium when it presents on the surface of the epithelium or in the cytoplasm of the epithelial cells in biopsy tissue sections from the antrum and body of the stomach. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Helicobacter pylori -

HER2 [EP3]
Description HER-2 neu (also known as c-erbB-2) is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family. It is a cell membrane surface-bound tyrosine kinase and is normally involved in the signal transduction pathways leading to cell growth and differentiation. hGAL (GCET2) [EPR14333]
Description This gene encodes a protein which may function in signal transduction pathways and whose expression is elevated in germinal cell lymphomas. It contains a putative PDZ-interacting domain, an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM), and two putative SH2 binding sites. In B cells, its expression is specifically induced by interleukin-4. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Expressed in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and several germinal center (GC)-like lymphoma cell lines (at protein level). Highly expressed in normal GC lymphocytes and GC-derived malignancies. Expressed in thymus and spleen. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -
HIF-1 alpha [EP118]
Description The HIF-1 Alpha subunit of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 is a transcription factor that functions as a master transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia. HIF-1 activates the transcription of many genes, thus playing a role in various biological processes, including cardiovascular development, angiogenesis, energy metabolism, and cell survival. Histone H3 Acetyl Lys27/H3K27ac [MD162R]
Description The Histone H3 is one of the five main histone proteins involved in the structure of chromatin in eukaryotic cells. Featuring a main globular domain and a long N-terminal tail, H3 is involved with the structure of the nucleosomes of the 'beads on a string' structure. The N-terminal tail of histone H3 protrudes from the globular nucleosome core and can undergo several different types of epigenetic modifications that influence cellular processes. These modifications include the covalent attachment of methyl or acetyl groups to lysine and arginine amino acids and the phosphorylation of serine or threonine. Histone H3 is primarily acetylated at Lys9, 14, 18, 23, 27, and 56. Acetylation of H3 at Lys27 appears to have a dominant role in histone deposition and chromatin assembly in some organisms.
