OCT4A [MD37R]
Description Oct-4 (POU5F1) is a transcription factor highly eexpressed in undifferentiated embryonic stem cells and mbryonic germ cells. A network of key factors that includes Oct-4, Nanog, and Sox2 is necessary for the maintenance of pluripotent potential, and downregulation of Oct-4 has been shown to trigger cell differentiation. Research studies have demonstrated that Oct-4 is a useful germ cell tumor marker (4). Oct-4 exists as two splice variants, Oct-4A and Oct-4B. Recent studies have suggested that the Oct-4A isoform has the ability to confer and sustain pluripotency, while Oct-4B may exist in some somatic, non-pluripotent cells. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Flow cytometry (FC), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -

p40 Polyclonal
Description p63 consists of two major isoforms-TAp63 and ΔNp63. These isoforms differ in the structure of the Nterminal domains. The TAp63 isoform identified by anti-p63 antibody) contains a transactivation-competent ‘TA’ domain with homology to p53, which regulates the expression of the growth-inhibitory genes. In contrast, ΔNp63 isoform (identified by anti-p40 antibody) contains an alternative transcriptionally-inactive ‘ΔN’ domain, which antagonizes the activity of TAp63 and p53. The p40 (clone ZR8) antibody recognizes exclusively ΔNp63 but not TAp63. p40 is a squamous cell carcinoma ‘specific’ antibody. It reacts with the vast majority of cases of squamous cell carcinomas of various origins, but not with adenocarcinomas. It is particularly useful in differentiating lung squamous cell carcinoma from lung poorly differentiated denocarcinoma. p40 antibody can also be used as an alternative basal cell/myoepithelial cell marker, which has similar sensitivity and specificity as that of p63 antibody. Host Rabbit Application Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -

PD-L1/PDCD1-L1/CD274 [MD21R]
Description Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) also known as CD274 or B7-H1, a member of the B7 family of cell surface ligands, involved in regulation of T cell activation and humoral immune responses. The PD-L1 binds its transmember receptor PD-1 and provides both stimulatory and inhibitory signals in regulating T cell activation and tolerance during pregnancy, tissue allografts, autoimmune disease and malignant transformation. PD-L1 is expressed in activated T and B cells, placenta and some tumors including melanoma, diffused large B-cell lymphoma, lung, ovary, colon, breast, rectum and renal cell carcinomas. Expression of PD-L1 in cancer is associated with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, which mediate PD-L1 expression through the release of interferon gamma. Additional research links PD-L1 expression to cancers associated with viral infections. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -

PR [SP2]
Description The human progesterone receptor (PR), is a ligand-activated transcription factor and is a member of the steroid receptor family. PR exists in humans as two isoforms. PR is predominantly expressed in female sex steroid responsive tissues such as the mammary gland, uterus and ovary, but is also found in other tissues such as prostate stromal cells, anterior pituitary gland, and endocrine cells of the Langerhans' islets. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Rat -

RANKL/CD254 Polyclonal
Description RANKL or CD254 is expressed highest in the peripheral lymph nodes, weak in spleen, peripheral blood Leukocytes, bone marrow, heart, placenta, skeletal muscle, stomach and thyroid. Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF11B/OPG and to TNFRSF11A/RANK. Osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T-cell proliferation. May be an important regulator of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the T-cell-dependent immune response. May also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption in humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat -
