Monoclonal antibody to rat IFN-gamma biotin (clone DB-1)
Description The monoclonal antibody to rat IFN-γ (clone DB-1) was first described in 1989. It has shown to neutralize both natural and recombinant rat IFN-γ and mouse IFN-γ in vivo and in vitro. In a Western Blot the antibody reacts with the 14 kDa and 18 kDa polypeptides present in natural rat IFN-γ. The biotinyated DB-1 antibody is highly effective as detector antibody in both sandwich ELISA and ELISPOT assays using DB-12 (cat no. CT052) as coating antibody. Further, the DB-1 antibody can be used for immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues. Other available formats: unconjugated (cat. no. CT032) and FITC labeled (cat. no. CT034).
