CD5 [C5/473&CD5/54/F6]
Description CD5 (Lymphocyte antigen T1/Leu-1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein which has been implicated as a receptor in the regulation of T-cell proliferation. CD5 antibody labels a variety of T lymphocytes, mantle zone lymphocytes and a small subset of B lymphocytes. In tumors, CD5 is expressed on T-cell malignancies, Bcell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and mantle-cell lymphoma. It is a useful diagnostic tool for these tumors. In addition, anti-CD5 is helpful in diagnosis of thymic carcinoma (CD5 positive). (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human, Rabbit, Rat, Bovine -

CD50 (ICAM-3) [186-2G9]
Description CD50 (ICAM-3) is a leukocyte-specific surface receptor involved in primary immune responses. It belongs to the immunoglobulin gene superfamily (Igsf). CD50 is constitutively expressed on human leukocytes, such as T and B lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils, and localizes to the rear of polarized leukocytes and clusters with the ezrin-radixin-moesin (ERM) proteins moesin and ezrin. These ERM proteins link CD50 to the actin cytoskeleton. It recognizes the Beta 2-integrin leukocyte function associated molecule-1 (LFA-1) as a receptor, moreover it also functions as a ligand for LFA-1, Mac-1 (CD11b/CD8), adb2 integrins, and the Dendritic Cell-Specific ICAM-3-Grabbing Non Integrin (DC-SIGN) C-type lectin. CD50 mediates a plethora of immunologically relevant homotypic and heterotypic intercellular interactions, such as leukocyte recruitment during migration, removal of apoptotic cells and lymphocyte interactions with antigen-presenting cells. Importantly, CD50 is involved in the interactio Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

CD52 [CD52/2276R]
Description CD52 is a small (25-29 kDa), heavily glycosylated peptide that is bound to the cell surface membrane by a GPI link. Also known as CAMPATH-1, CD52 is expressed at high density by lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, thymocytes and macrophages. It is expressed by most lymphoid derived malignancies, although expression on myeloma cells is variable. CD52 is an ideal target for therapeutic agents involved in the treatment of B cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. CD54 [1H4]
Description ICAM-1 (intercellular adhesion molecule) has 7 potential N-linked glycosylation sites. It is a single chain glycoprotein of Ig supergene family, present on unstimulated endothelial cells (EC) and on a variety of other cell types including activated fibroblasts, EC, macrophages, and lymphocytes. ICAM-1 mediates cell adhesion by binding to integrins CD11a/CD18 (leukocyte adhesion molecule, LFA-1) and to CD11b/CD18 (Mac-1). CD56/SCLC/NCAM [123C3]
Description Three isoforms of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) are produced by differential splicing of the RNA transcript from a single gene. The 135kDa isoform is the basic molecule which is glycosylated or sialylated to produce the mature species . NCAM (CD56) is reported to express on most neuroectodermal derived cell lines, tissues, and neoplasms such as retinoblastoma, medullblastoma, astrocytoma, and neuroblastoma. It is also expressed on some mesodermally derived tumors such as rhabdomyosarcoma and also on natural killer cells.
