Antibody B72.3 recognizes a carbohydrate epitope identified as sialylated Tn antigen. This antigen is expressed by invasive ductal breast carcinomas, colon, pancreatic, gastric, esophageal, lung, ovarian and endometrial adenocarcinomas.
