    CD35 [E11]

Description CD35, also named as erythrocyte complement receptor 1 (CR1), is a member of the complement activation (RCA) family and is located in the ‘cluster RCA’ region of chromosome 1. CD35 mediates cellular binding to particles and immune complexes that have activated complement. CD35 is present on erythrocytes, various leucocytes and renal glomerular podocytes. In addition, plasma contains a soluble form of CR1 (Scr1). CD35 also can be detected on follicular dendritic cells. It is a marker for the diagnosis of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma. This antibody labels dendritic cells in tonsil and spleen and glomerular podocytes in kidney. Abnormal expression of this protein has been associated with follicular dendritic cell tumor, sarcoidosis, gallbladder carcinomas, mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. Monoclonal antibody to monkey CD3 (clone FN-18)

Description The monoclonal antibody to monkey CD3 (clone FN-18) was first described in 1986. The FN-18 antibody can be used in immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues, flow cytometric analysis and intracellular staining. Further, the antibody is able to stimulate rhesus macaque PBMC. The FN-18 antibody has been reported to cross react with rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey and baboon CD3. Other available formats: biotin labeled (cat. no. CT162) and FITC labeled (cat. no. CT163). (Shipping cost: €30.00; Handling cost €30.00 - €50.00)
