CD31 (PECAM-1) [JC70A]
Description CD31, also known as PECAM-1, is a 130 kDa integral membrane glycoprotein found on the surface of endothelial cells, platelets and some hematopoietic cells. The antibody labels endothelial cells of arteries, arterioles, venules, veins, and non-sinusoidal capillaries in various tissues. CD31 is the most sensitive and specific endothelial cell marker. It is useful for detection of tumors with endothelial origin. In addition, CD31 has been used to identify vascular invasion of tumors, and assessment of angiogenesis which is a prognostic marker for many types of cancer. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Cynomolgus Monkey -

Monoclonal antibody to human IFN-gamma (clone MD-2)
Description The monoclonal antibody to human IFN-γ (clone MD-2) was first described in 1985. It has shown to binds with high affinity to both natural and recombinant human IFN-γ but does not neutralize the antiviral bioactivity of IFN-γ in vitro. In a Western Blot the antibody reacts with the 20 kDa and 25 kDa polypeptides present in natural human IFN-γ. The MD-2 antibody has been descripted as useful in a sandwich ELISA. Further, the antibody has proven to cross react with rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey and marmoset IFN-γ and can be used for immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues. (Shipping cost: €30.00; Handling cost €30.00 - €50.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA,Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (IHC-Fs),Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Rhesus Macaque,Cynomolgus Monkey,Marmoset -
Monoclonal antibody to monkey IFN-gamma (clone MD-1)
Description The neutralizing monoclonal antibody to monkey IFN-γ (clone MD-1) was first described in 1985. The MD-1 antibody can be used in a sandwich ELISA and in ELISPOT assays. Further, the antibody has been descripted in immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues of marmosets and in intracellular flow cytometric analysis. The MD-1 antibody has been reported to cross react with rhesus macaque, pig-tailed macaque, cynomogus monkey, baboon and African green monkey IFN-γ and can be used in Luminex systems. (Shipping cost: €30.00; Handling cost €30.00 - €50.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA,Enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot (ELISPOT),Flow cytometry (FC),Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (IHC-Fs),Neutralization (Neut),Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Rhesus Macaque,Cynomolgus Monkey,Pig-tailed Macaque,Japanese Macaque,Crested Black Macaque,Barbary Macaque,Lion-tailed Macaque,Baboon,Mandrill,African Green Monkey (Chlorocebus),Black Mangabey
