BLC/BCA-1/CXCL13/B lymphocyte chemoattractant Polyclonal
Description Burkitt’s lymphoma receptor 1 (Blr1) is a lymphocyte specific chemokine receptor expressed at low levels in secondary lymphoid tissues and in defined structures of the cerebellum. The G protein-coupled receptor has significant homology to other chemokine receptors. Stimulation of Blr1 by its ligand, B lymphocyte chemo-attractant (BLC) results in an influx of calcium into the cell and the chemotaxis of the cell. Blr1 is required for B cell migration into splenic and Peyer’s patch follicles. BLC expression in Peyer’s patches is highest in germinal centers, where B cells undergo somatic mutation and affinity maturation. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human, Dog -

C1q Polyclonal
Description C1q, a subcomponent of the classical complement pathway, is composed of nine subunits that mediate classical complement activation and thereby play an important role in the immune response. C1q associates with the proenzymes C1r and C1s to yield C1, the first component of the serum complement system. The collagen-like regions of C1q interact with the Ca(2+)-dependent C1r(2)C1s(2) proenzyme complex, and efficient activation of C1 takes place on interaction of the globular heads of C1q with the Fc regions of IgG or IgM antibody present in immune complexes. Six of these subunits are disulfide-linked dimers of chains A and B, while three of these subunits, designated C1q-A through C1q-C, are disulfide-linked dimers of chain C. The presence of receptors for C1q on effector cells modulates its activity, which may be antibody-dependent or independent. Macrophages are the primary source of C1q, while anti-inflammatory drugs as well as cytokines differentially regulate. CD64/IGFR1 Polyclonal
Description This antibody recognizes CD64 also known as FcRI. CD64 is a high affinity activatory receptor for IgG2a and a low affinity receptor for IgG2b and IgG3 type antibodies. The interaction between Fc receptors and antibodies play important roles in both the innate and adaptive immune responses. CD64 through binding of the Fc segment of IgG, mediates phagocytosis and plays a role in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and clearance of immune complexes. In addition, CD64 also functions as an antigen capture for presentation to T-cells and also mediates the release of cytokines and reactive oxygen intermediates including interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) alpha. It is constitutively expressed on monocytes and macrophages, germinal centre dendritic cells and early myeloid lineage cells, but not lymphocytes. Expression on monocytes can be strongly upregulated by treatment with interferon (IFN) gamma or G-CSF, and can be induced on neutrophils and eosinophils by IFN gam Host Rabbit Application ELISA, Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat -

CDX2 [EP25]
Description The caudal-related homeodomain protein 2, CDX-2, is a transcription factor which is expressed in the intestine and is thought to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells. The CDX-2 protein is expressed in primary and metastatic colorectal carcinomas, intestinal metaplasia of the stomach and intestinal type gastric cancer. In human colorectal cancer, the expression of both CDX2 and carbonic anhydrase 1, a gene regulated by CDX2, is reduced or absent. CDX-2 is one of the important regulators in defining pathways for coordinate control of drug metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract. Cereblon/CRBN Polyclonal
Description Cereblon or CRBN is a 442 amino acid protein which is highly concentrated in human brain tissue. Cereblon functions energy metabolism, learning and memory. Cereblon acts as a protease in mitochondria and regulates the assembly of KCNT1, as well as the surface expression of KCNT1 in brain regions known to affect memory and learning, such as the hippocampus. The gene encoding Cereblon belongs to a family of ATP-dependent lon proteases that play a role in membrane trafficking and proteolysis. Defects in the Cereblon gene are associated with mild mental retardation. c-Myb Phospho Ser11 [SZ04-81]
Description The c-Myb proto-oncogene is a 75 kDa protein involved in growth regulation and differentiation in many different cell types but it is predominantly expressed in immature hemopoietic cells where it plays an important role in cell proliferation. c-Myb activity is directly regulated by cyclin D1 and CDKs and it is believed that c-Myb activity is regulated during the cell cycle in hematopoietic cells. Disrupting c-myb function might, therefore, prove an effective therapeutic strategy for controlling leukemic cell growth. c-Myb binds to promoter sequences of genes such as c-Myc or Bcl-2 that are expressed in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
