CDw75 [LN-1]
Description Cdw75 is proposed as the ligand for CD22 mediating B-cell-B-cell interaction. Clone LN1 recognizes a sialoantigen on cell membranes. On tissue sections, it causes a marked reaction with the B lymphocytes in germinal centers, but only a faint reaction with B lymphocytes of the mantle zone in lymphatic tissues. LN1 also reacts with various types of epithelial cells, including cells of the distal renal tubules, breast, bronchus, prostate and erythrocytes. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

CDX2 [EP25]
Description The caudal-related homeodomain protein 2, CDX-2, is a transcription factor which is expressed in the intestine and is thought to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells. The CDX-2 protein is expressed in primary and metastatic colorectal carcinomas, intestinal metaplasia of the stomach and intestinal type gastric cancer. In human colorectal cancer, the expression of both CDX2 and carbonic anhydrase 1, a gene regulated by CDX2, is reduced or absent. CDX-2 is one of the important regulators in defining pathways for coordinate control of drug metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Monkey -
CEA/CD66 [CEA31]
Description Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), also known as CD66e, is a cell surface glycoprotein that exhibits several functions, includingregulation of intercellular adhesion, differentiation and anoikis, cell polarization and tissue architecture. CEA is present in fetal colon and many types of epithelial tumors, including adenocarcinomas of the GI tract, lung and breast. Antibody to CEA is useful in differentiating lung adenocarcinoma (positive) from mesothelioma (negative). CEA has been helpful in monitoring tumor progression. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Monkey -

Cereblon/CRBN Polyclonal
Description Cereblon or CRBN is a 442 amino acid protein which is highly concentrated in human brain tissue. Cereblon functions energy metabolism, learning and memory. Cereblon acts as a protease in mitochondria and regulates the assembly of KCNT1, as well as the surface expression of KCNT1 in brain regions known to affect memory and learning, such as the hippocampus. The gene encoding Cereblon belongs to a family of ATP-dependent lon proteases that play a role in membrane trafficking and proteolysis. Defects in the Cereblon gene are associated with mild mental retardation. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat -
Chromogranin A [LK2H10]
Description Chromogranin A (CgA) is an 86 kDa protein that is the major member of the granin family of acidic secretory glycoproteins located in neurosecretory granules of neuroendocrine cells. Chromogranin A showed broad expression in endocrine tissues including pituitary, adrenal medulla, thyroid, pancreatic islets and gastrointestinal tract. Chromogranin A represents the single most specific marker of neuroendocrine differentiation in general use. It is useful for identification of neuroendocrine tumors. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human, Monkey,Pig (Porcine), Mouse, Rat -
