Blood Group Antigen Lewis A [7LE]
Description Recognizes a carbohydrate determinant of Gal 1-3(Fuc 1-4) GlcNAc which is blood group antigen Lewis A. It is present primarily on epithelial cells such as colon and kidneys. In the tumors and dedifferentiated tissues, decrease of Lewis A antigen was observed. Lewis A (type 1 chain) is expressed in colonic epithelial cells and may be useful for detection of gastrointestinal tumors, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal tumors. Blood group related antigens represent a group of carbohydrate determinants carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins. They are usually mucin-type, and are detected on erythrocytes, certain epithelial cells, and in secretions of certain individuals. Sixteen genetically and biosynthetically distinct but inter-related specificities belong to this group of antigens, including A, B, H, Lewis A, Lewis B, Lewis X, Lewis Y, and precursor type 1 chain antigens. Brachyury/Bry/T-Antibody [1H9A2]
Description The protein encoded by this gene is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA element, the palindromic T-site. It binds through a region in its N-terminus, called the T-box, and effects transcription of genes required for mesoderm formation and differentiation. The protein is localized to notochord-derived cells. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Involved in the transcriptional regulation of genes required for mesoderm formation and differentiation. Binds to a palindromic site (called T site) and activates gene transcription when bound to such a site. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Flow cytometry (FC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -
Cyclin D1 [DCS-6]
Description Cyclin D1 belongs to the Cyclin D family. Cyclin D1 is required for the cell cycle G1/S transition. Amplification or overexpression of cyclin D1 plays a pivotal role in the development of various human cancers including breast cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, prostate cancer and lymphoma. It is useful to differentiate mantle cell lymphoma from small cleaved cell lymphoma. Rabbit monoclonal antibodies to cyclin D1 showed the highest sensitivity to detect this antigen in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue as compared to several other clones. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat -

EZH2/KMT6 [6G4F4]
Description EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homologue 2) or KMT6 or Enx1, is a polycomb group (PcG) protein. Catalytic subunit of the PRC2/EED-EZH2 complex, which methylates 'Lys-9' and 'Lys-27' of histone H3, leading to transcriptional repression of the affected target gene. EZH2 is ubiquitously expressed during early embryo genesis, and becomes restricted to the central and peripheral nervous systems and sites of fetal hematopoiesis during later development. EZH2 and BMI-1 genes are coexpressed in Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin’s disease. Coexpression of BMI-1 and EZH2 is also associated with cycling cells and degree of malignancy in B-cell non-Hogkin’s lymphoma. It is involved in the progression of prostate cancer, and has been identified as a marker of aggressive breast cancer.
