    B7-H4 [B7H4/2652R]

Description T cell activation and immune function are regulated by the innate immune system through positive and negative costimulatory proteins. One such protein, B7-H4 (B7-homolog 4), belongs to the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily of ligand-lymphocyte interacting proteins. Expressed primarily on the membrane of lymphoid cells, B7-H4 is an immuno-inhibitory protein that interacts with receptors on the surface of T lymphocytes, thus mediating cellular and humoral immune responses. Overexpression of the B7-H4 protein is associated with certain malignancies, including ovarian and breast cancer, as its interaction with T cells suppresses tumor-associated immunity. Current research suggests that, similar to Mucin 16 (CA-125), B7-H4 may be a useful biomarker for the early detection of ovarian cancer. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)

    BRAF V600E [MD58R]

Description Serine/threonine-protein kinase B-raf (BRAF) is a member of the Raf family. BRAF mutations are frequent in benign and malignant human tumors. BRAF V600E mutation accounts for the vast majority of BRAF alterations and the mutation induces a conformational change of the activation segment leading to a constitutive kinase activity of BRAF and consecutive phosphorylation of downstream targets. BRAF V600E mutation have been detected in melanoma, papillary thyroid carcinoma, pleomorphic xanthoastrocytomas, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, borderline ovarian cancer, ganglioglioma, colorectal carcinoma, and pilocytic astrocytoma. CRLF2/TSLPR Polyclonal

Description Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) has recently been identified as an important factor capable of driving dendritic cell maturation and activation. It is involved in the positive selection of regulatory T cells, maintenance of peripheral CD4+ T cell homeostasis and the induction of CD4+ T cell-mediated allergic reaction. TSLP is also capable of supporting the growth of fetal liver and adult B cell progenitors and their differentiation to the IgM-positive stage of B cell development. Its receptor TSLP-R will bind TSLP in a low-affinity fashion in transfected cells; co-transfection with IL-7R-alpha cDNA results in high-affinity binding and a functional heteromeric complex. This heteromeric receptor requires stat5 for TSLP-mediated signal transduction and is inhibited by SOCS-1. Despite its predicted molecular weight, TSLP-R often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)

    Histone H3 K27M Mutant/H3K27M [RM192]

Description Histone H3 is one of the five main histone proteins involved in the structure of chromatin in eukaryotic cells. Featuring a main globular domain and a long N-terminal tail, H3 is involved with the structure of the nucleosomes of the 'beads on a string' structure. The N-terminal tail of histone H3 protrudes from the globular nucleosome core and can undergo several different types of epigenetic modifications that influence cellular processes. These modifications include the covalent attachment of methyl or acetyl groups to lysine and arginine amino acids and the phosphorylation of serine or threonine. Histone variant H3.3 is typically enriched in active chromatin. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)
